The Montblanc Star Legacy Moonphase Limited Edition of 1786 pieces pays tribute to the intrepid Jacques Balmat who was the first to reach the summit of the Mont Blanc in 1786. The timepiece presents a burgundy tone glacier patterned dial with a sfumato effect around the outside, a filet sauté, rose gold-colored hands and numerals, and Montblanc emblem on the counterweight of the seconds hand. This highly appreciated moon phase complication displays the phases of the moon at six o'clock with an elegant rose gold-colored moon and stars on a blue background that are surrounded by a round date indicator. This model is powered by the MB 24.31 automatic movement and is housed in a 42 mm stainless steel case with an open case back on the movement. The timepiece comes with an interchangeable calf leather strap with an alligator print and vertical sfumato.
