About this boutique

Montblanc has a new home in Ottawa. Our boutique opened in November 2026 on Level 3 of CF Rideau Centre, at 50 Rideau St., Ottawa, with the brand's writing instruments, leather goods and latest collections in one room.

Come in from the mall, or book an appointment and a specialist will have the pieces you want to see ready when you arrive.

What you will find at Montblanc in Ottawa

Since 1906, Montblanc has built its name on the culture of writing, and pens remain the heart of the house. The rest of the range grew from there.

  • Writing instruments: fountain pens, rollerballs, ballpoints, fineliners and mechanical pencils, led by the Meisterstück and the StarWalker.
  • Leather goods: backpacks, briefcases, travel bags and small leather pieces, plus belts.
  • Stationery and gifts: notebooks, ink, refills and cufflinks.

Try the pen before you choose it

A pen is easier to choose in the hand than on a screen. Montblanc recommends a writing test at one of its boutiques to find the nib that suits you, so ask to try several before you decide.

CF Rideau Centre's opening notice also invites you to the boutique's Pen to Paper experience, built around the handwritten word. Ask the team what is planned when you come in.

Personalization is complimentary at the time of purchase on many writing instruments and leather pieces. Some items cannot be personalized, and a personalized piece is final sale, so settle the wording before you order.
