Privacy policy
Under Quebec's Law 25, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may access, correct or withdraw the personal information we hold about you, and you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
We collect only the information needed to serve you: contact details you provide, appointment and enquiry records, and basic analytics about how this site is used. We never sell your personal information.
What we collect
Name, email, telephone, postal code and any message you send through a form, along with order and appointment history when you transact with us.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, fulfil orders, schedule appointments, and, only with your consent, send occasional communications. Consent is always off by default and can be withdrawn at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting our privacy officer. We respond within the delays prescribed by law.

By using this site you agree to the terms below. The boutique terms govern any actual transaction.
Use of the site
Content, photography and reference numbers are provided for information. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice; availability is indicative.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in CAD and include applicable references to financing only where stated. An order is confirmed once payment is verified and the piece is reserved in our inventory.
Authenticity and warranty
Every timepiece is authenticated and sourced directly from the manufacturer, carrying the full manufacturer warranty. Servicing is arranged through our boutiques.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Our website

In our boutiques
Service animals and support persons are welcome in all our boutiques. If a service or facility is temporarily unavailable, we will post a notice explaining the disruption and the alternatives.
