Our online return policy ensures a seamless experience for all purchases made on our website.
Introduction
This Online Return Policy applies to purchases made on La Maison Monaco's website only.
Return Period
Online purchases may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of Returnable Items
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact.
- Please include the original packaging, authenticity/warranty cards, and any informational booklets.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, using the customer information provided at the time of purchase.
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and you'll be notified.
How to Return an Item
- 1Contact our customer service at info@monacogroup.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number or proof of purchase.
- 2You cannot return an item without an RA number.
- 3Once authorized, use the RA number and return shipping label we provide to schedule a pickup or drop off at your nearest courier drop-off location.
- 4You remain responsible for the package until it is received by us. Once processed, we'll initiate your refund or exchange.
Retail Store Returns
Items purchased online can be exchanged at La Maison Monaco's physical boutiques, but no refunds will be issued at the store level.
Exclusions & Final Sale Items
- Items that are final sale, discounted, worn, altered (e.g., resized watches or custom jewelry), or missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom or special-order items, gift cards, and personalized pieces are also final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at info@monacogroup.ca to arrange an exchange for the same item or a refund.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Special orders, altered pieces (including ring and watch sizing), custom design pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. In addition, any items that have been worn, have had their security tags removed or tampered with, are discounted, or are marked as "final sale" or similar, cannot be returned or exchanged.
La Maison Monaco reserves the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time.
