Return Policy
Our in-store return policy ensures a seamless experience for all purchases made at our boutiques.
1. Return Period
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns are accepted for exchange or in-store credit only.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible, merchandise must:
- Be in its original and unworn condition
- Include the original packaging, gift box, warranty card, and any included booklets
3. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: discounted or sale items, special orders, custom-designed pieces, or altered items (including ring or watch sizing). In addition, any piece that has been worn or altered in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Store Credit Only
Approved returns will be issued as in-store credit. No refunds are provided for in-store purchases.
5. Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchase only.
6. Policy Changes
La Maison Monaco reserves the right to modify or cancel this in-store return policy at any time.
